Bob, you and the Bandits were absolutely awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed having you guys perform and are hoping you might entertain doing it again next year. We always have it on a Tuesday Night and the feeling was unanimous that we would like to have you back. It was also unanimous that we would want you to be the lone act and not share the stage with another performer. The Bandits not only sounded very good, but y’all did things to liven up the crowd and entertain them and everyone seemed to enjoy your show. You had the crowd eating out of the palm of your hand with your fun and entertaining attitudes mixed with a great collection of music. You helped make our event a huge success, the best yet as over 800 people attended. Thank you for a wonderful time and we look forward to having you back next year for an encore performance. I just want to tell you that the 'Bandits' were the hit of the party! You guys were fantastic. Several people made comments to us on the organizing committee about how much they liked the band and we got one request for your contact information from one of the restaurant owners. This year was different because we chose to go with live entertainment. That was one of the better decisions we made and another was asking the Rum Punch Bandits to headline! I want to thank you and the band for your generous participation. The Taste of the Town is an event dedicated solely to the YMCA and kids that can't afford to be a member. Putting on a fun event that raises money for the Y' kids is a great cause. Thanks for being a key part of that success. We hope you will consider coming back and entertaining next year. The Palmetto Parrot Head Club has been fortunate to have the Rum Punch Bandits play for two of our events in 2006 alone. First, as part of our Fin Fest VII party in March and most recently for our Christmas Party. I don't think you can find a better Buffett, or all-around band for that matter, that plays with such enthusiasm, in variable venues, in such a professional manner or generally in the spirit of whatever event that can be found. On September 30th, 2006 The Rum Punch Bandits took the stage at a Hillbilly Parrot Head Club event and they rocked the house! Besides playing requested Buffett covers, they kicked sand outside the box and took us down memory lane with some good ole Southern Boogie! When the house got to rockin' there was no room left on the dance floor. The Hillbilly Parrot Heads LOVE a good party and this band put the high energy fun in our FUNdraiser !! Tonight, The Rum Punch Bandits entertained us with the sounds of not only Jimmy Buffett, but the Grateful Dead, Robert Earl Keen, and even some long lost "The Band" songs. Our fraternity came away from our annual "Margaritaville" party with all smiles and lasting memories. The Rum Punch Bandits knew how to work the crowd at the right times, often chanting back and forth and getting us more and more involved throughout the night. This very laid back and entertaining band made our party come alive, more so than a typical DJ or your average Jimmy Buffett cover band.
